Day One

I bought a domain name for this but I'm not sure it worked.

At work in my crowded office. Feeling kind of nauseous today. 11:20am, 214 down, 1026 available in my budget until I exercise. Don't worry, that's plenty if you're as sedentary as I am. I don't run around at my job. I sit and chat with people.

I don't know if you're supposed to weigh yourself every week or every day, but if I look at a chart of my weight loss, my pounds sharply decline every time I weigh every day and the second I stop weighing, I end up going for a week without bothering to do anything about my massive weight problem.

I currently am 243.8 lbs and 5'8". I know weight loss isn't impossible, I've seen middle aged women in my life get crazy thin in a startling amount of time. I'm 26, if it's possible for them, it has to be possible for me too, right?

I hooked up with a subreddit called LoseIt which is dedicating to calories in calories out (CICO) and real success stories. They make it look so possible. It has to be possible. Right?
